The New Sujata Cooperative Housing Society [Also called “Sujata Apartments" was built by Late Shri Mahendra Mittal. The construction was completed in the year 1976 but by 1975 a lot of Members had already occupied the flats. Sujata Apartments is a Society comprising of 8 buildings with 84 tenements on the main Bund Garden Road, adjoining the under-construction Bund Garden Metro Station, Pune. Though the Society has almost completed 47 years, the upkeep of the buildings and the environment has been maintained. This is one of the best projects of Mittal Builders. Taking into consideration the wear and tear of the existing structures and also the requirement of modern amenities, the society is proposing to go in for redevelopment.
